Find your dream car
Find your dream car or motorcycle on the USA auto auctions. Our auction search platform and detailed filters will make it easy for you to browse through the available acutions database. You can create an account when you want to participate in an auction or save liked auction to your wishlist. The registration and account activation process is straightforward and will take you no more than 5 minutes.
Once registered, you’ll have the opportunity to track all the vehicles you’re interested in from one tab. You’ll also gain:
- the ability to add cars to your watchlist;
- the ability to view final prices of archived offers.
Make a Refundable Deposit
A refundable deposit is required so we can participate in auctions – this is a requirement of the auction houses such as Copart and IAAI. We do not charge any fees for participating in auctions – if you wish to withdraw from cooperation, you can order a refund of the deposit from your customer panel.
Once the deposit is booked into our account, we will have the opportunity to place bids the same day. If we win the auction, the funds will be frozen until you pay for the vehicle. If we lose, the deposit will be released. You can use your deposit to bid on another vehicle, or refund the funds to your bank account under the “Deposit Refund”. Remember, the deposit enables us to participate in auctions up to the limit set for your account.
- Basic Plan – a deposit of 1,000 USD / 900 EUR allows you to bid up to $10,000 and bid on up to 5 vehicles at the same time;
- Professional Plan – a deposit of 2,500 USD / 2,250 EUR allows you to bid up to $50,000 and bid on up to 10 vehicles at the same time;
- Enterprise Plan – a deposit of 5,000 USD / 4,500 EUR allows you to bid up to $200,000 and bid on up to 20 vehicles at the same time.
Transport, delivery and customs
We cooperate with American transport companies with warehouses located in Newark, Indianapolis, Savannah, Houston and Los Angeles. These locations were selected due to their proximity to the largest seaports in the USA, which allows us to reduce unnecessary transport costs incurred by our clients. The vehicles are secured and packed in containers, and when they reach the destination port in Klaipeda, Bremenhafen, Antverp, Jebel Ali or Odessa, they are safely unpacked at a private yard by qualified employees.

BidCars cooperates with the customs agency ensuring priority service to our clients. Customs clearance is carried out within 72 hours from the time the container is unloaded.
About us
Our company has been acquiring and transporting vehicles from the United States since 2010. Since then, we have successfully imported over five thousand vehicles from various parts of North America. In addition to passenger cars, we also import motorcycles, quads and water scooters. We serve both individual customers, as well as traders and wholesale customers.
Participate in the auction
Set the maximum amount you’re willing to pay for a given vehicle. The calculator provided on the page will help you sum up all the costs. Your order will be accepted – the vehicle will be auctioned by BidCars during the live auction of the auction house.
Remember that the vehicle auction in the USA is divided into two consecutive stages:
- Preliminary bidding (Pre-Bid) – a several-day-long bidding process, starting from $0;
- Live auction – a fast auction that starts with the highest offer from the preliminary bidding. If there are no interested parties, the highest offer from the preliminary bidding wins.
In the case when the BidCars user’s offer is higher than the highest offer from the preliminary bidding in the auction house, the user is represented by our team during the live auction up to the maximum amount set by themselves – this way you ensure the highest effectiveness in the auction and the possibility of buying the vehicle at the lowest possible price.
Pay for the vehicle
After the auction has been won by BidCars, you’ll receive bank transfer details and instructions for making an international transfer to the USA. Once the funds are booked, we’ll pick up your vehicle and take additional photos.
We stay in touch with you throughout the entire process of importing the vehicle from the USA. You can check the status of your vehicle on our website, and in case of customs clearance at the port in Rotterdam, we’ll handle all the formalities.

A VIN, or Vehicle Identification Number, is a unique set of 17 characters assigned to each and every vehicle. A VIN is the most reliable way to identify an exact car, commercial vehicle, bus, truck or even trailer.
Manufacturers use customized VINs to encode (or “attachâ€) some important information about that particular vehicle in it. The most common practice is encoding the name of the manufacturer, model, and technical specifications in the VIN.
However, Vehicle Identification Numbers are also used by repair services and law enforcement to record maintenance, inspection, damage, theft, and more. This makes it possible to retrieve important facts from the history of the car.
A VIN can be found on the body of a vehicle or in its documents.
The exact location of the VIN differs from model to model, but it is typically located on the bottom-right corner of the windshield, in the engine compartment or on the lower part of the “B pillarâ€.
In some cases, the VIN is engraved next to the spare wheel, on the floor panel below driver’s feet or even on the bonnet. Manufacturers usually place the VIN in 2-3 different locations.
